History

The Miga family opened Brentwood Nursing Home & Rehabilitation at 4000 Post Road in 1974, providing Warwick-area seniors and their families with a trusted resource for skilled nursing care and rehab services. Next door, at 4040 Post Road, Brentwood By The Bay broke ground in 2015, and opened its doors a little over a year later. Today, the Brentwood campus offers seniors a complete continuum of living and care services, giving residents the ability to move seamlessly between assisted living and nursing care facilities as their health needs change.
